Here are 2 fun pics from some wonderful friends who live overseas. The first one is a BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD Vending Machine Ride that was spotted in the Abu Dhabi Shopping Mall that is located in Dubai.
Then, our good friend Marcio came across this huge Promotional Display for THE LEGO MOVIE and it was found in Brazil. You can see him peeking through a hole they made so you can take your picture as if YOU are a Lego Toy. He's in the top-center one, ha ha! Thanks Guys!!!

This post is a quick shout-out for a friend who has created a new blog called THE EMPEROR DINOBOT'S BATMEN which is basically a Batman Action Figure Toy Archive. His goal is to to review every Batman figure from the 90's and beyond.
He has a massive collection of mostly loose and complete figures from those days. In fact, he probably has more than 500 individual figures that need to be photographed. His goal is to do at least three per day.

OK, as it is getting closer to the release date the FOX TV Network has been busy releasing promo material for their new "Batman" TV Series titled, GOTHAM. Here are 4 preview videos that give us a great idea on what the show will be all about. I think it looks pretty cool so far. I hope it's good!

Yesterday, while goofing around on Facebook, I had a friend named Amy request some Batman Wallpaper that featured "Batgirl and Robin". I asked, "Which version of the characters do you like?" and she replied, "The Animated Series". So, I thought no problem, that should be easy!
Well, long story short, it took an hour or two to find ANY kind of graphics like that, ha! It's weird, it took a lot longer than I thought, I screwed-up!
So anyways, here are some of the graphics I found and I've posted these backgrounds. The ones up top are kind of close to what I had in mind and they do have "Batgirl & Robin from the TV cartoons.
The ones down below are some great pictures I found but they were not exactly what she asked for. But I'm including them here just in case someone else might like them. So, here we go!

What happens when bricks go bad? Get a glimpse in this brand new LEGO BATMAN 3: BEYOND GOTHAM Movie Trailer that made its debut at the recent 2014 Gamescon event. The Joker is pretty funny in this video. Wow, this animated feature keeps looking better and better!
Here's an extremely cool BATMAN-Themed TV Commercial that aired in Brazil and the fun thing is that it's all in Portuguese and the costumes are really great! It features highly-stylized versions of Batman and the Joker as they were in the Classic 1966 BATMAN TV Show.
I'd also like to mention that we would have never found this thing if it wasn't for the kindness of our friend, Fabio. He explained, "It's an insurance company advertisement. The girl's car is dead and she calls Batman to help her. Batman obviously can't help her in that moment... But Bradesco Insurance can!"

Recently, some friends of ours on our Facebook Page shared a few foreign BATMAN comics that they have in their collections.
The first one is from a guy named Johan De Neef. This is the cover to a "Special Batman Album" published in the Netherlands. It uses some Carmine Infantino artwork and looks awesome!
The next 2 books are Arabic Language Books. The 1st one is from the collection of our friend Jeff Sedin, the 2nd one is from another collector who submitted this thing so long ago that I can't remember his name. Yes, I'm a complete idiot, ha! But it's a great cover that features Neal Adams Artwork.

The narrative, character, world designs, and game play have all contributed to the game’s success. Many Batman fans have been craving for the collectible figure from the video game since the release of Hot Toys’ teaser photos.
As a celebration for Batman’s 75th anniversary, HOT TOYS is pleased to officially introduce the BATMAN ARKHAM CITY 1/6th scale "Batman" Collectible Figure.
This figure is specially crafted based on the image of Batman from the game featuring a newly developed masked head sculpt with 2 interchangeable lower faces, newly sculpted muscular body and Batsuit, and detailed weapons. I mean, just check out all the photos we got from them!
OK, I'll say it right now. This guy, Anthony, is my totally complete FAVORITE JOKERS out of all the Cosplayers who are doing variations of the character. I just think that Anthony is one of the best because his costume, hair, and make-up are all so extremely well done. He goes by the name, "Harley's Joker".
Shown here are 2 examples of his photography and they are both homages to some extremely iconic images of the character. I know you will recognize the 1st image as the cover to Brian Bolland's classic graphic novel, Batman: The Killing Joke. I mean, it's DEAD-ON!

Then, down below is another photo. This one is a take on a very famous image of the Joker and his Girlfriend, Harley Quinn, as painted by Alex Ross. You know the image. Well, check out their version!
The girl in the image is Anthony's actual girlfriend in real-life. She's a serious Cosplayer too and goes by the name of "Joker's Harley".

Alongside the 75th anniversary of Batman, Dave & Adam's Card World has acquired the highest ever graded copy of Detective Comics #27. As you know, this features the first appearance of "the Bat-Man". To commemorate the anniversary, they created a Batman Comic timeline (which you can view on their website) and have brought the comic book to the San Diego Comic-Con where attendees can view this amazing piece of bat-history in person.
According to the CGC census , there have only been 59 of these comics still in existence. Of the 59 comics, this is the highest graded issue ever with a grading of 9.4 (near mint) restored (A-3). To date, the other highest grades have been 9.2 (near mint -) and one 9.0 (very fine/near mint), with no other issues in mint to near mint condition.
Previous record sales of this comic included sales of $1,075,000 (CGC grade of 8.0) & 657,250 (CGC grade of 7.5) and $575,000 (CGC grade of 6.0) in 2010. Additionally, last year another Detective Comics #27 (CGC grade of 6.5) sold for $567,625.

One of the things I love about doing the Bat-Blog is that sometimes I get the chance to meet other Batman Fans from all over the world. I mean, not just the USA, but other countries too. Well, here are some major Bat-Fans from Italy!
Now, I'm not even gonna try to get all their names correct. I don't speak/understand the Italian language and I'm worried about spelling their names correctly. But the pictures should speak for themselves and they're also a lot of fun!
It looks like these people are a group of Cosplayers who enjoy being Batman characters. We have Batman, Catwoman, and the Joker as a few examples. They were even in their local newspaper! It also looks like they have a Custom Batmobile, Bat-Scooter, and even a real-life BAT-CAT!
