OK, I just now realized I have not posted any FREE BAT-BLOG BATMAN WALLPAPERS in a very long time so here we GO! I made the first one out of a photo sent in to me from a friend who was sharing his Vintage Batman Toy Collection.
He had some amazing stuff but this picture was one of my favorites, a 1966 BATMAN TOY Motorcycle Figure from the UK... Oh man, it's so extremely AWESOME!
Then, I recently re-watched BATMAN RETURNS again and it was great to see Michelle Pfeiffer as the CATWOMAN. So, here she is now, MMM-MEOW!

OK, the other night I got this wonderful vintage photo in an email from a Bat-Blog Fan and I totally love it! I mean, once I saw it I knew it had to be shared with everybody because it is so... SO great!
In fact, the pic was kinda big so I went ahead and made a 1440 X 900 Desktop Wallpaper out of it. So, if you like it please be sure to use it to brighten your desktop.
Anyways, like I said, a friend of the site sent this. His name is Andre Ribeiro and he lives in Brazil. He has always been a huge Batman fan and he recently found this photo stored in some boxes. It is a family photo that was taken around 1977.
Andre is standing next to "Batman" and his brother is near "Robin". It was at a party held at a military school in his country.
Oh yeah, and it's SO AWESOME!! (Thank you Andre, love this pic!)
OK, it's been awhile since I posted some Free Bat-Blog BATMAN WALLPAPERS so here we go! The first one is a photo of a brand-new product coming out later made by Gund. They are a plush toy company that is known for having super-high-quality merchandise so we're happy to hear about this. They also plan to make ones of Robin the Boy Wonder (Teddy Bear), Superman (Puppy) and Wonder Woman (Bunny).
Then, I decided to make a background pic of the now-famous, or should we say "infamous", graphic showing what was going to be the variant cover for Batgirl #37 before it got cancelled.
It was drawn by the comic book artist Rafael Albuquerque and once it got leaked-out all the Neo-Feminist Crybabies started to squawk about it! OK, I kind of get their point. It does show violence towards Women but IT IS the freakin' JOKER!! I don't remember them saying one damn thing when the Joker beat Robin to death with a crowbar!! (I guess Men are disposable). Yes, double standards help to keep their false entitlement going and this is nothing more than lame censorship. Shame on you, shame.
OK, I know the brand-new BATMAN: ARKHAM KNIGHT Video Game isn't going to be released until June 2nd, 2015, but I'm so excited about it that last night I designed a FREE B:AK BATMOBILE CAR WALLPAPER you can use to brighten your desktop... enjoy.

First up is this wonderful photo sent to us all the way from France. This is our buddy, Syl Duverne, and he is a French Cosplayer and a HUGE Batman Fan ! Yes, that's him in his bat-suit, the Michael Keaton version of course!
Then, I used the promo graphics for the DC Comics "Death of the Family" Graphic Novel that comes with the JOKER Face Mask... SUPER-CREEPY!
Next up is a graphic from the now classic BATMAN "The Long Halloween" Graphic Novel and then an image of a BATMAN PUMPKIN that some super-creative person made.

Warner Bros Animation recently send us some promo material for a recent episode of THE NEW LOONEY TUNES TV Cartoon where Bugs Bunny and many of his friends appear as DC Comics Superheroes. Here are 2 images that I thought would make some pretty cool Desktop Wallpapers.
Yesterday, while goofing around on Facebook, I had a friend named Amy request some Batman Wallpaper that featured "Batgirl and Robin". I asked, "Which version of the characters do you like?" and she replied, "The Animated Series". So, I thought no problem, that should be easy!
Well, long story short, it took an hour or two to find ANY kind of graphics like that, ha! It's weird, it took a lot longer than I thought, I screwed-up!
So anyways, here are some of the graphics I found and I've posted these backgrounds. The ones up top are kind of close to what I had in mind and they do have "Batgirl & Robin from the TV cartoons.
The ones down below are some great pictures I found but they were not exactly what she asked for. But I'm including them here just in case someone else might like them. So, here we go!

Anyone who has been following the BAT-BLOG for the last 7 or 8 years knows that, every now and then, we love to post BATMAN-THEMED WALLPAPERS. We try to create a wide variety for everybody so here are two that celebrate the Classic 1966 BATMAN TV Series.
The 1st wallpaper features Batman ( Adam West version ) and Robin, the Boy Wonder ( Burt Ward ). But, they are in PLUSH TOY form, ha ha!
Yes, these totally brand-new Talking Dolls of the Dynamic Duo are way too cool (there is also one of the Joker, not shown here). Also, if I remember right, they're about 17 inches tall... so they're pretty BIG too! Anyway, thought it would be a fun graphic.
Next up, because of the recent SDCC event I have been on sort of a "Cosplay Appreciation" kick lately and came across this lovely Woman doing some extremely nice BATGIRL Cosplay! She is also the "Yvonne Craig" version, just like the TV Show.
We're all still waiting to see the brand-new "BATMAN" TV Series titled, "GOTHAM", which will be airing on the FOX Network. I have not heard an exact air date on this yet but as soon as I do then everyone who reads the BAT-BLOG will too. (The characters shown here are Jim Gordon and Alfred Pennyworth).

Here's a quick post to share some BATMAN: 75th Anniversary Wallpapers (1440 X 900) I made last night. As you can see, I tried to use radically different images to cover different eras. We have "The Animated Series", "The Golden Age", "Lego Toys Batman", "Jim Lee Comic Book Art", and an image from "Strange Days" (The Bruce Timm Short)... Enjoy!
Last night I watched 2 brand-new episodes of BEWARE THE BATMAN and they were amazing! Yes, this is the Batman CG I-animated cartoon that got kicked off the roster list for the Cartoon Network.
Well, Adult Swim (Toonami) has picked up the series and it's going really strong over there. In fact, it's way better and even though they put the TV show on Saturday nights at 3:00am (Yes, that's three o'clock in the morning!) it's doing quite well.
I always thought this show was a little too sophisticated to be showing on a "kiddie channel", so Adult Swim is perfect. Let's hope it keeps doing well over there and we get many many more episodes.

Here's a quick post to share a set of SUPERMAN VS BATMAN MOVIE Wallpapers I created yesterday to celebrate the new film coming out in the next year or so. The Director, Zach Snyder, released a photo yesterday of what the new Batmobile Car will look like and we also get to see the special Bat-Suit that will be worn by Ben Affleck.
