In a few months from now, September 27th, 2015 to be exact, LEGO TOYS has plans to release a brand-new Video Game called " LEGO DIMENSIONS" that will feature Batman among many other movie properties. It's gonna be available for the PS3, PS4, XBOX ONE, XBOX 360, Wii, and will also come with a "Starter Pack" that will include a few figures and enough bricks to make a "Time Portal Tunnel". Be sure to check out the movie trailer down below, it looks pretty FUN! Here's the basic storyline:
"When a mysterious and powerful vortex suddenly appears in various LEGO worlds, different characters from DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings and The LEGO Movie are swept away. To save their friends, Batman, Gandalf and Wyldstyle bravely jump into the vortex and quickly find themselves fighting to save all of LEGO humanity. Let creativity be the guide to a building and gaming adventure – journey through unexpected worlds and team-up with unlikely allies on the quest to defeat the evil Lord Vortech. Play with different mini-figures from different worlds together in one LEGO videogame, and use each other’s vehicles and gadgets in a way never before possible. Just a quick report on the BATMAN: ARKHAM ORIGINS Video Game. The current issue of XBOX MAGAZINE has an incredible cover of the Joker! Here's some fun news for BATMAN Video Game Fans! The company handling this proberty accidently leaked some info recently where they announced that there will eventually be a "Collector's Edition Box Set" of BATMAN: ARKHAM ORIGINS. Now, this isn't huge news, they always do that. ha!
But, in this special photo (I'm working on getting a better quality pic, this is THE only one available right now) we get to see some of the packaging and it looks like the best item included will be a Statue of Batman and The Joker. It's also going to come with an "Art of Batman Arkham Origins" Book, a Holographic Collector Box, 2 Exclusive DLC Downloads (Looks like Deathstroke & a more modern Comic Book version of Batman), and a 3-D Metal case. OK, for now, there is absolutely NO info on any release date but it's rumored to be priced at a retail cost of about $99.00. Stay tuned to the BAT-BLOG and once we get more information we'll pass it along.
Warner Bros Entertainment and Tt Games just released photos of the cover art for the New LEGO BATMAN 2 : DC SUPERHEROES Video Game. Now, I got the photos for the Playstation 3, XBox 360, and Wii versions but they're all, with the exception of their LOGO at the top, all the same! So I'm just posting one picture because all three would be way too redundant. Hey, you get the idea from this pic! The previous LEGO BATMAN Video Game sold really well & had great reviews so this newer one is highly anticipated. Stay tuned to the BAT-BLOG.COM for more future news as it arrives!
The BAT-BLOG reported awhile back about all the many different BATMAN SKINS that are going to be made available for the BATMAN ARKHAM CITY Video Game. This is where you download a code that will allow you to change the look of the character. There are even some different versions for ROBIN, CATWOMAN, & we expect more! But for now, here's a video that shows an example of what the "70's BATMAN SKIN" looks like! Now, this is one of my favorite versions of Batman, so I think it's pretty cool to see! In fact, it's extremely AWESOME!!
Shown here, for your viewing pleasure, is the brand-new "JOKER Trailer" for Rocksteady's BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY. The Clown Prince of Crime finally gets his own trailer. And there is also something about hearing the verbal exchanges between Kevin Conroy's Batman and Mark Hamill's Joker. For longtime fans of "Batman The Animated Series" this is something to enjoy. Batman: Akrham City will launch on October 18, 2011 for the PlayStation 3 (PS3) and Xbox 360. It will also be released in a PC Game version.

On one side it features art of The Joker. Well, we got a hold of that artwork & made this ARKHAM CITY JOKER WALLPAPER to brighten your desktop, enjoy!
Rocksteady & Microsoft have teamed-up to come out with a Custom BATMAN ARKHAM CITY Console Case for the XBox 360. The graphics are the "black and white theme" you have been seeing in the advertising for the new Video Game. One side has Batman, the other, The Joker! There is even an "BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY" Logo on the front. Hey, I think it looks pretty cool!!
Just a quick post to share a few bits of BATMAN ARKHAM CITY Video Game news. First, in the UK, you'll be able to find this new XBOX 360 Magazine with The Joker on the cover. Then, here's another beautiful photo of the BATMAN ARKHAM CITY Billboard that was seen at this year's 2011 San Diego Comic Con.
Also, we have news on some brand-new "Foreign Exclusives".
We have already been hearing about all the Foreign "Collectors Editions" with different Batman SKINS. Now there's news of EXCLUSIVE STEELBOOK Editions in other countries. The 1st two to surface ( and there will be many more probably, ha! ) is the UK Store SHOPTO & the Australian Video Game Store EB GAMES. For the UK edition they will have Two-Face on the back cover. Then, the Aussies will have the Joker ( I like the Joker one better ). It looks like you also get a cool 1970's Batman Skin plus a few other bonuses in each one. But, for the price, so far I'm thinking the "Collector Edition" would be better because you get the Batman Statue. These just have a "steelbook" case. I don't know, it's really too early to tell. If you do buy any of the "Foreign" stuff, Please be sure to ask the retailer if these discs will work on "American" Game Consoles.

A lot of people are going to be buying the new BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY Video Game. I mean, it looks incredible & has already been getting great reviews. But some of you might want a little extra edge on the game. Well, you need to look for this new "Batarang Controller". They're making 2 versions for both the XBox 360 & Playstation 3. If you look at the top-center of the controller you can see a special bat-shape with a few buttons to add very delicate control functions to your game play... cool!
This July, please be sure to keep an eye out in the Book Stores for the new XBOX MAGAZINE with the BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM Cover. Of course the main story will be the release of the new video game, the graphics look awesome!
We got this amazing BLUEPRINT MAP OF ARKHAM CITY from the "Batman: Arkham City" Video Game PR Department. It's really large ( click on it ). It shows how the game's playing environment is going to be laid out. Of course, in the actual game, it will be way more detailed. But it's enough to give you an idea of how HUGE the areas will be. It looks like you'll start out in Arkham Asylum & then take the bridge to Gotham City.... AWESOME!
Well, it looks like the BATMAN ARKHAM CITY Video Game is showing up, like crazy, on covers of some UK Gaming Magazines in England. Here are 2 examples: Playgamer and 360. Of course each magazine covers different consoles, the Playstation 3 ( PS3 ) and XBox 360. If anyone, anywhere in the world ( ha ), sees some other covers soon then please let us know.
Warner Bros & Rocksteady just released some images of THE RIDDLER from the New BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY Video Game! Everyone remembers how the Riddler played a part in the last game, Arkham Asylum. There was a Bonus play where you searched around for "Riddler Clues". But the thing was, they never really showed him. You mostly just heard his voice. Well, in this sequel to the "Game of The Year", the Riddler plays a major role. These 2 Wallpaper backgrounds celebrate this ( Please share these with all your friends ).
