OK, I'm wondering if anyone knows if this BATMAN Coloring book is an actual licensed product or just bootleg? ( Either way it's pretty cool ). It was made in Argentina around 1989 & the shape of the book is die-cut, which is interesting. The artwork is kind of cheesy but that's normal for a coloring book. It looks like it was made by a company called "Sylvapen". Does anybody have any information on this?

I don't know if I like "1989" being described as vintage...makes me feel old. Still, it's a cool book.
The cover art looks a lot better than the inside art.
It doesn't look to me like the artwork shown in the second and third photos was done by the same artist.
