What If The 1966 Batman TV Show Had a Comic Book?

The other day a friend of the Bat-Blog, named Neal, sent us this amazing "Batman 1966 TV Show" mock comic book cover. He made it with the idea of, "What would a Batman TV Show comic book look like if, in the 1960's, it were made into a comic book?" Oh man, this is hilarious! I love the old Gold Key logo & it's still 12 cents, ha ha! Now, Neal, if they really made this it would have been published by DC Comics but you did an amazing job on this! It really really really looks like one of those old Gold Key comic book covers with the photos & everything...seriously, good job!

It would have been interesting, but not doable, since DC Comics had the rights to this. It would have been nice if DC had published its own series based on the show, much the same as it has done with its animated shows.
