BATMAN MOVIE TRAILER COMPARISONS: 1989 Batman & The Dark Knight, This Will Freak You Out!!
This is really freaky!! Somebody noticed how close to the same thing the new DARK KNIGHT Batman Movie Trailer ( Christopher Nolan, Christian Bale ) is to the 1989 BATMAN Movie Trailer ( Tim Burton, Michael Keaton ) one. The thing you should do is listen to the new one but just watch the old '89 version...FREAKY!
It's a very cool comparison between shots in the movie, and the DK Trailer, but that's not the official 89 movie trailer. It was a fan made one that was made to mirror the DK one.
FAKE ALERT!! That is an edited '89 trailer. There was no trailer like that one for the '89 movie. Somebody made their own to match the Dark Knight trailer.
As a Bat-fan site you should know better!!! Today you have someting that is no quite right. The Dark Knight Trailer is NOT like the 1989. That is a fan made trailer to match this years release. In fact theres more than one. There’s a 1966 style. A lego style, a 90’s cartoon style... I send you the links...
Fan mad trailer to be look a like to The Dark Knight (just a few, theres plenty more) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StWZDqqBfJo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHufrsP9XMA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zox_x636TqE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLXvm_I2CXo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPazz5genkI
This is the original 1989 trailer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unkqbgLDgaI
This is the Dark Knight trailer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaIR9dAZRR0
Please, you should correct this as soon as possible.
The others are right, this is just editted footage of the original movie. I believe the new DVDs of the original Batman movie has all the official trailers on there.
I don't know if you knew but Cheerios cereal has figures of the Joker and Batman from the Dark Night Movie inside! I bought a box and got one of the Jokers!

Like everyone said, NOT the original 1989 trailer. Here's the original link to the editor of this trailer comparison:

Read how he describes it:
"My edit of the TDK trailer with '89 Batman footage, split-screen for comparison.
Note: The top video was NOT created by Warner Bros., or any company affiliated by them. It was edited together by me in December 2007. "
