The Cartoon Art Museum ( San Francisco, CA ) and the Japan Society of Northern California will present a lecture with author / book designer Chip Kidd on Thursday, June 17th, 2010 for a special presentation entitled "Bat-Manga! A Secret Look at the Secret History of Batman in Japan". The exhibit will include some original art by Jiro Kuwata that has not been seen for almost 40 years. It really looks like a great event!
