Wow, seeing the action figure brings back memories. I actually had one of the first production runs of the Batman action figure. The mask was removeable, as was the mask on Robin. The subsequent runs had the masks as a permenant part of the head--molded or painted on. Sadly, it went to the place toys go when you outgrow them. Even sadder, was the value of the first production run Batman action figure today.
