Everybody who has been reading the BATGIRL comics should know that there is a new Batgirl. Her name is Stephanie Brown. For awhile she had been sporting the regular Batgirl Costume but it seems like DC Comics decided to give her a new outfit. So, here it is! Please let us know what you think about it. The Comic Book BATGIRL Gets a New Costume!

DC Direct is also releasing a figure of this Batgirl soon.
Isn't this the same Stephanie Brown that was "The Spoiler"? Didn't she die? What happened to the Cassandra Cain character?
Whoa. Check this out. The letters that I have to type into the word verification box are "comic".
Looks like she is fighting the mutants from 'The Dark Knight Returns'! I am not so big on the thigh utility belt, but I like that it brings in some of the Spoiler's colors!
Urg!! That is awful. And Steph as Batgirl is just a downer. She wasn't cool as Spoiler, and she isn't worthy of the Batgirl name.

This is the worst mistake that DC has made. Stephanie is a nobody, and she definately should not be Batgirl. The costume is gawd awful.
